Returns
We want you to be estactic with your Green Wave purchase. So that means that if you decide you don't like your purchase or that you'd like a different size or color, we will work with you to make you happy.

We will give you a full refund or exchange on any product within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must have all the original manufacturer tags and packaging, and must not have been worn or damaged, or opened and used if a sun screen or lotion product.

If it's been over 30 days since your purchased it, we can still hook you up with an equivalent exchange or Green Wave store credit, but only if the following unworn and unused conditions above apply.

All returns/exchanges/store credits must be settled within 90 days of purchase, please. After 90 days, it's all yours!

Return Shipping
We will gladly ship an exchanged item back to you at no charge. All you have to do is fill out the return label that came with your invoice and ship it back to us, with the original unused product, and manufacturer's tags and packaging.

Please note that we do not cover shipping on returned items from you back to us. If the order you received was damaged, or we sent you the wrong color, size, or scent, then will be glad to cover the shipping costs back to us as well. In that case we will send you a recycled box with a prepaid shipping label, and all you have to do is drop it in the mail!


Please Recycle Your Shipping Tube or Box!
Just a friendly Green Wave Eco-reminder - throw your box in the recycle bin when you're all done with it, or use it again!
